Community Progress Update – April 2017
The 24th floor at 101 Erskine is currently being formed. Window installations are on the 16th floor, and with the completion of framing on the 2nd floor, the 3th floor installations have begun. Plumbing and electrical roughin work is in progress on the 2nd floor and common areas.
Design & Decor appointments are 98% complete, with finalizations taking place with some townhouses and last remaining suites. Our sales team informs us that the community is now completely sold out.
